“The Harness Exercise is for Advanced Athletes Only: you wear the harness, and you sprint while pulling me, as I provide you with resistance the entire time. Most people cannot last longer than 30 seconds. Advanced athletes do 6 sets of 50 yards, with 15-second intervals in between sets.”
