Many men want to lead an active lifestyle. They typically play a variety of sports and spend several hours performing various exercises. But why do they do this? They do this because they are sports fanatics, need to relieve stress, for their ego, and they enjoy it. Nowadays, many men have a background in sports, such as basketball, baseball, or soccer from their childhood, which enables to experience and an interest in playing it.

Men use exercise and playing sports as an outlet to relieve stress, get toned, lose weight, or for a hobby. They typically work long hours and often need exercise to get their minds away from their daily stresses. Research has shown those men who workout and play sports have an improved focus and an ability to work well under pressure. One client of mine comments on this as he states, “Playing sports has taught me, how to handle adversity and stay focused”. The time to start working is now, even if it’s just a few minutes per day. . .
